External Data storage devices are lightweight, portable, cheap, and rewritable. External storage devices are mostly and widely used for transferring essential data between homes and offices.
Some of the most common devices are USB flash drives, CDs-DVDs, Portable hard drives, and firewire devices. Like all electronics, they also tend to fail, and the primary reason behind that is low quality and poor manufacturing.
Dropped External Hard Drive Not Working
External hard drives are incredibly vulnerable to be ruined from being dropped since they sit in high traffic areas ,and they have knocked over or moved about frequently. Additionally, the internal moving components of a hard disk are extremely sensitive, the smallest jolt may lead to the liquid bearing seizing or, much more commonly, the read/write heads suffer mechanical damage. Hard drives that encounter more intense shocks from being lost from 2 to 4 feet on a really difficult surface can’t just damage the bearing and or heads, but also the platters can shift in the spindle.
To correct a hard drive that’s been dropped is almost always a tough recovery even for your data recovery expert. The hard drive would have to be opened and supervised with an experienced technician using specific tools, replacement components, and processes in a cleanroom environment. This is a mechanical breakdown, so at this time, there’s not anything you can do yourself. No software will help even though data retrieval software businesses often mislead customers to market their merchandise. In reality, running applications can only lead to the external hard disk to deteriorate ,and you also run a considerable risk of this hard disk with a catastrophic collapse and losing the information indefinitely.
Data loss is inevitable in those devices, but Data Recovery is always possible.

I called murtaza to get my business data removed from a server’s old hard drive which had burnt out! He was really professional and got the job done in 24 hours. Dell on the other hand was not confident and needed 3 days to assess the damages! Hands down, best service and professionalism. Thank you for being a saving grace!

For me this was an absolute delight (and when is data loss/recovery every?) I spoke via Whatsapp with Murtaza and he answered quickly, gave me a rough estimate. It was reasonable for what I expected but MUCH cheaper compared to other quotes. Guys, please don't increase your rates because of this.
Here is how it went down:
I wrote to them via Whatsapp, the driver (super friendly, his name Mitun) came to me and picked up my drive. 3 days later Mitun brought me a new hard drive (also an external one) for a very competitive price - almost same price as Amazon) and I had my data back.
I tried another highly rated data recovery in bur dubai first and went personally where the quote was 2300 AED which I found, with all due respect, outrageous for changing the read/write head.
Murtaza said it was bad sectors and in the end, I saved a lot of money and nerves. I thought it would all be lost forever, but thanks to those guys.....I am very happy. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Best data recovery company in Dubai. Before calling this guys I went elsewhere, where they told me it would cost me 1800 AED for the recovery of data. And this guy’s recovered my data in 750 AED. highly recommend them.
geeksathelp recovered data from my Mac SSD. I cannot explain how important my data is. they managed to recovered my complete data. Experienced and professional team. I would give 10 out of 10.
